Endurance Capital Partners B.V. ("ECP", "we"), with its registered office at Prinsengracht 769, 1017 JZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK: 97892327), is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
What we process
This website does not use cookies, trackers or analytics, and does not contain forms. We only process personal data that you actively provide to us, for example when you contact us by e-mail: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
Please note: this website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page is displayed, your IP address is technically transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font files. No other data is shared with Google by us.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you;
- To maintain our professional relationship with partners and co-investors;
- To comply with legal obligations that may apply to us.
The legal basis for these processing activities is our legitimate interest in conducting and maintaining business relationships (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except where this is necessary for our services (for example IT and e-mail providers), or where we are legally required to do so. With service providers that process personal data on our behalf, we conclude data processing agreements where required.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
